biography

Judith Zissman creates work in a variety of media. Her recent work has been shown as part of the Synthetic Zero loft series / Bronx Arts Trolley in New York and her work is held in several private collections. Zissman's conceptual project "20 Things. 20 People. 20 Days", launched in 2001, has garnered significant critical and popular attention and continues at 20things.org.

Born in 1971 in Boston, Zissman now resides in San Francisco. She graduated with honors from Brown University in the Department of Modern Culture and Media, and studied Glass at the Rhode Island School of Design. She has worked extensively in film and web production in New York and San Francisco.
